This service includes: grocery service, cooking 6 dinners, table clothing, service by table, cleaning afterwards.
It does NOT include ingredients or beverage. Ingredients must be agreed onsite, and paid upfront receipt.

BASIC COOKING CLASS
A whole tuscan meal: this class gives the chance to the attendees to prepare a full tuscan meal for their guests at home,
starting from the most common entrees to the most delicious desserts.
Simple and seasonal dishes, taking into consideration the choices of food at home: our cooks are experts and smart.
We ain’t give you advices you won’t be able to take at home: we already know what you’ll be able to buy, over there.
Example: ENTREES the perfect bruschetta (bbq, oil and garlic, tomato and basil, sausage and herbs) crunchy panzanella PASTA perfect tomato sauce or meat sauce, or vegetarian sauce. Pairings with types of pastas. MAIN COURSE agreed in advance, based on dietary requirements of the group (pork / no pork/ vegetarian / vegan or others) DESSERT the world wants to be able to do the perfect Tiramisu. Here we are.

ADVANCED COOKING CLASS
These classes are themed and get more into a peculiar kind of dish, putting together all the best and most useful informations
for those who already love cooking, but still lack that italian know how you would want to have to stun your guests at home.
We organize four Advanced classes: pasta, pizza and bread, main courses, and Italian desserts.
Example: HOMEMADE PASTA. Tools: what to buy and how to use it; Shapes: pairings with menus, sauces and timings;
differences: whole grain, potato gnocchi, white flour pasta and their perfect pairings and cookings;
Stuffed pasta: shaping, best stuffings, pairings and best cookings.
